ABOUT US Page
Our organization tries to give people
a better quality of life by giving them the knowledge and help
they need and being there for each other.
*support groups
*free vitamins for children, we are
working on adults and seniors
*prayer line for all requests
*nutritional training & information,
education, coping strategies, friendships, understanding, caring
and exchange of ideas and resources
*we help those that want to help
themselves
*loan equipment such as walkers,
crutches, wheelchairs, etc.
*loaning library
*household items, clothes, furniture,
and more that we give away to needy people.
*we try to help with the costs of
nutritional supplements and doctor discounts
*sell the best nutritional products we
can find (all proceeds go back into Center to help others)
*support phone line and e-mails
*research on chronic illnesses and
other complementary therapies that will help with each illness
*pen pals and emails for others out
of reach ( we try to have others with same problems help each
other, as they understand better. Healing is about understanding)
*website for those out of reach
*rehabilitation programs such as
crafts, beading, gardening, sewing and office and computer skills
(teaching them to use body/mind/spirit together and feel good
about themselves)
*offer Tai Chi and Yoga classes
*networking in other towns to help
others and try to get more support groups started in their areas.
*Guest Speakers- Doctors and Experts
talking about different protocols and Complementary therapies that
are working for others
* we are also working on a food bank
Things we would like to do in the
future:
* have our own building, so we can
help more people on a bigger scale
* have Doctors and Complementary
therapies in the same building, working together.
*have our own Research Center
*spiritual studies and classes- Books
of many Faiths ( where people can pull up their religion and study
and understand it)
*have AA & NA meetings and teach them
how to become healthy
